Oh no! We’re so sorry about this. We pay close attention while packaging orders but mistakes can happen! Please contact us with your order number, photos of the damage or the items received, and your packing slip along with any notes about your order.

We ship with USPS at a flat rate of $9. We offer free shipping in the USA on orders over $150!

Any unused or unopened products are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Used or opened product are not exchangeable. At this time, we are unable to provide refunds.
